The story of the shortcomings of an urban family that looks affluent, the fact is that they are a ‘poor’ family in many ways. Mazni and Amir have a pair of teenage twins named Ali and Alia. Ali was born normal, while Alia was an autistic teenager.
"Adik Manja Returns" is the long-awaited sequel to the successful "Adik Manja" directed by Othman Hafsham.
