The movie opens with Lord Vishnu (Bramhanandam) trying to pacify Lakshmi Devi (Kovai Sarala), who is quite disappointed after listening to words of Narada that Lord Vishnu didn't gave any present to Lakshmi Devi on the eve of her Birthday (Akshaya Tritiya). Lord Vishnu shows a love story between 2 orphans Ravi Teja (Ravi Teja), a settlement broker in Hyderabad and Ileana (Ileana D'Cruz), a taxi driver living in Bangkok.
Small-time diamond smuggler David befriends Goa-based gangster Abbasi. But when David begins to build inroads with an international gangster, Abbasi is not happy, and soon the two turn into bitter rivals.

Bertante also took her football seriously and played in regional soccer leagues, while her brother Glelberson Luís Leopoldino Bertante has played football professionally for several Brazilian teams including Palmeiras. She moved to India in 2010 and took part in the Lakme Fashion Week and was featured in several magazines which caught the attention of MTV who cast her as a VJ in MTV Grind.
